Executives, Board & Advisors
Ohad Topor
Mr. Topor is Founder and Chairman of TCL (Topor & Co Limited) and TCK (Topor & Co Korea). During the last 25 years, Mr. Topor has invested across most major asset classes globally - including equities, bonds, private equity (buyouts, venture capital, secondaries and others), liquid alternatives, real estate, etc - for his family office as well as for clients. Before founding Topor & Co in the UK he was with Square Capital, a private investment office based in London and Paris. He is an advisor to the Korea Israel Innovation Center.
Mr. Topor holds a Masters in Business (MBA) from Stanford University and a B.A in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Tiziano Del Nobile
Mr. Del Nobile is Executive Director of TCL. Based in London, he is responsible for Topor’s UK operations, investment strategy and research. Prior to joining Topor in 2014, Mr. Del Nobile worked at Kairos Investment Management in London, as part of the firm’s fund of hedge funds team.
Mr. Del Nobile graduated cum laude with a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, and received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University in Milan.
Arjun Chatterji
Mr. Chatterji is a non-executive Director of TCL. Mr. Chatterji is a senior vice president in Corporate Development at Oaktree, where he is involved in the planning and execution of the firm’s strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2024, Mr. Chatterji was an investment banker at Citigroup Global Markets and executed a range of M&A and capital raise transactions for clients in the insurance and asset management industry.
Mr. Chatterji holds a B.S. degree in finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
Howard Marks
Mr. Marks is a Senior Advisor* to the group and served on the TCL Board for 7 years with Mr Topor. He is Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Oaktree Capital. Today Oaktree is one of the largest alternative investment managers with approximately $223 billion under management as of December 2025. In 2019, Brookfield Asset Management acquired a majority interest in Oaktree, and Mr. Marks joined Brookfield's Board of directors. Prior to co-founding Oaktree, he held positions at The TCW Group, Inc. from 1985 to 1995, and previously at Citicorp from 1969 to 1985. Mr. Marks also served as the chairman of University of Pennsylvania’s Trustees’ Investment Board (Endowment) from 2000 to 2010.
Mr. Marks holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business of the University of Chicago and a BSEc from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
