Ohad Topor
Mr. Topor is Founder and Chairman of TCL (Topor & Co Limited) and TCK (Topor & Co Korea). TCK is South Korea’s first independent multi-family office. Established in 2010 with founding backing from Oaktree Capital, Topor’s flagship strategy has delivered +301% gross returns (4.01x multiple) since 2013. With 25 years of experience investing in various global asset classes including stocks, bonds, private equity, and venture capital, Mr Topor pioneered Korea's fiduciary advisory model. His leadership earned WealthBriefingAsia’s 2026 “Outstanding Contribution to Wealth Management” award, with TCK named "Best Multi-Family Office" for three consecutive years (2024–2026). Mr Topor holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Tiziano Del Nobile
Mr. Del Nobile is Executive Director of TCL. Based in London, he is responsible for Topor’s UK operations, investment strategy and research. Prior to joining Topor in 2014, Mr. Del Nobile worked at Kairos Investment Management in London, as part of the firm’s fund of hedge funds team.
Mr. Del Nobile graduated cum laude with a MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan, and received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University in Milan.
Arjun Chatterji
Mr. Chatterji is a non-executive Director of TCL. Mr. Chatterji is a senior vice president in Corporate Development at Oaktree, where he is involved in the planning and execution of the firm’s strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2024, Mr. Chatterji was an investment banker at Citigroup Global Markets and executed a range of M&A and capital raise transactions for clients in the insurance and asset management industry.
Mr. Chatterji holds a B.S. degree in finance from Indiana University Bloomington.
Howard Marks
Mr. Marks is a Senior Advisor* to the group and served on the TCL Board for 7 years with Mr Topor. He is Co-Chair of Oaktree Capital, a global leader in alternative investments that he co-founded in 1995. From 2026, Oaktree is part of Brookfield, a leading global investment firm with more than $1 trillion in assets under management. Mr Marks has been on Brookfield’s Board of directors since 2020 and from 2026 is co-Chair of Brookfield’s Investment Solutions Group. Prior to co-founding Oaktree, he held positions at The TCW Group, Inc. from 1985 to 1995, and previously at Citicorp from 1969 to 1985. Mr. Marks also served as the chairman of University of Pennsylvania’s Trustees’ Investment Board (Endowment) from 2000 to 2010.
Mr. Marks holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business of the University of Chicago and a BSEc from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
